Accompanied by her canine companion Daisy, Jessica Simpson attended the launch of her new fragrance “Fancy” at Dillard’s in Dallas, Texas on Saturday (October 18).
The “Do You Know” singer has teamed with Dior vet Alexis Dadier to create what’s described as a sugary fragrance with ingredients including “pear, apricot nectar, toasted almonds and caramel, plus a flowery dash of gardenia and jasmine.”
As for the previous evening, Miss Simpson was busy singing for the thousands of fans attending the State Fair of Texas - including her quarterback boyfriend Tony Romo.
“Wow, I love Dallas,” Jess told the Fair Park crowd. “Obviously, I love Dallas because I grew up here and this is my home – you guys are my family – but I did find an amazing boyfriend here in Dallas!”
Later in the show, Jess explained that her new song “My Sunday” is all about Romo, telling the crowd, “This is a song I wrote about a certain someone who throws that football really good.”
Continuing to dote praise on her footballer beau and their relationship, the 28-year-old bubbly blonde said, “Sometimes, to find a love as big as that, you have to go through some heartbreak, some ugly ones and some butthead ones. You go through that to really appreciate where you are in life right now.”
